The Coordination and Management Team at the Urban League of Metropolitan Seattle oversees the strategic implementation of programs and services designed to empower disadvantaged communities. This team ensures that educational support, housing stability, financial counseling, employment resources, and minority-owned small business services are effectively managed and delivered. Comprising roles such as Participant Navigator Lead, Case Manager, and various Coordinators, the team works collaboratively to address the needs of African-Americans and other marginalized groups, fostering self-sufficiency and community resilience.
