Keesha Strong is the Vice President of Human Resources at Urban League of Metropolitan St. Louis. Keesha has over fifteen years of experience in the field of education, with a focus on instructional technology and virtual schooling.

Strong began their career in education as an Instructional Technology Specialist for St. Louis Public Schools in January 2005. In this role, they were responsible for selecting vendors, managing the budget, marketing the program, providing training to staff and parents, and presenting at conferences. In May 2015, they left the district to join the Urban League.

As the Vice President of Human Resources, Strong is responsible for leading and managing the human resources team. Keesha works closely with the organization's leadership to develop and implement strategies that attract, retain, and engage employees. Strong is also responsible for overseeing the benefits and compensation programs, as well as developing and implementing policies and procedures.

Keesha Strong has a B.S. in Management of Information Technology from SBC - Fenton, an A.A.S. in Computer Information Systems from SBC - Hazelwood, and a National Career Developer Certification from the Urban League of Metropolitan St. Louis. Keesha also attended Riverview Gardens Senior High School.

They are on a team with Barbra B. Bowman - Vice President & Controller, Kesha Chatman - Division Operating Officer St. Clair County, and Quenesha Catron - Division Operating Officer St. Louis County. Keesha Strong reports to Michael P. McMillan, President & CEO.
