Marilyn Parker

Marilyn Parker is an experienced workforce development professional currently serving as the Workforce Development Project Manager at the Urban League of Metropolitan St. Louis since July 2016, where responsibilities include managing a team of job developers and case managers to facilitate client placements in sustainable careers. Previously, Parker worked as an Employment Specialist, implementing comprehensive employment services and providing individual counseling to clients. Additionally, Parker has hosted the weekly Sparkman2Careers Radio Show, offering employment information since June 2010, and has held editorial and sales roles at Sparkman Publication since 1999. As the Employment Catalyst for Sparkman Enterprise LLC, Parker coaches churches on establishing Employment Ministries and assists individuals in securing employment.
