C. Dennis Triggs II

C. Dennis Triggs II currently serves as the Director for the Center of Employment and Economic Success at the Urban League of West Michigan, a position held since August 2023. Previously, Triggs worked at Grand Rapids Community College from September 2017 to August 2023, where roles included Program Manager for the One Workforce Grant and Job Developer, focusing on education and employment solutions. Earlier experience includes serving as a Youth Advocate Specialist at Grand Rapids Public Schools, working with at-risk youth from August 2009 to July 2021, and various positions in the manufacturing and insurance sectors, including roles at Liberty National Life Insurance Company and Knape & Vogt Manufacturing Company. Triggs holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Management from Cornerstone University, completed between 2011 and 2016, and graduated from Creston High School in 1984.
