Dawn Kaltenberg Vanhorn Mpa

Dawn Kaltenberg VanHorn MPA currently serves as the Program Manager for Opportunity Empowered at the Urban League of West Michigan since May 2023. Additionally, Dawn is a Course Facilitator for Jobs for Life and the Founding Director of Bravenly Global, LLC, both roles held since September 2022 and December 2020, respectively. Dawn founded Intertwined Roots in August 2019 and previously coordinated volunteer and internship programs while also assisting in development at Mel Trotter Ministries until April 2023. Earlier experience includes property management at Dwelling Place of Grand Rapids, Inc., executive administration at Exodus Place, and serving as Lab Coordinator at Spectrum Health for 15 years. Dawn holds a Master's in Public Administration specializing in Non-Profit and Organizational Management, a Bachelor of Business Administration, and an Associate's degree in Human Services, all from Cornerstone University.
