Chloé Blusson has a diverse work experience in the field of recruitment and human resources. Chloé currently works at Urban Linker as a Senior Digital Recruiter & Business Developer, a role they have held since March 2023. Prior to that, they worked at Urban Linker as a Sales/Digital Marketing Recruiter & Business Developer from January 2021 to February 2023. Earlier in their career, they were employed at 20 Minutes France as a Chargée de développement RH from September 2019 to December 2020, where they were responsible for recruiting various profiles and conducting sourcing activities. Before that, they worked at Building Partners as a Chargée de recrutement et généraliste RH for a brief period from May 2019 to August 2019, where they were involved in various recruitment tasks such as sourcing, pre-qualification, and candidate presentation. Chloé also handled personnel administration tasks, including contract drafting and onboarding processes.
Chloé Blusson's education history starts with their Bachelor's degree in Responsible Marketing, specializing in International Commerce, which they obtained from ESG Aix in 2015. Chloé then pursued a General Law degree from the University of Orléans, where they completed their undergraduate studies between 2015 and 2018.
Following that, Chloé attended Universidad CEU San Pablo from 2017 to 2018, where they obtained a Grado en Derecho y Administración y Dirección de Empresas (Degree in Law and Business Administration). Chloé furthered their education at the University of Rennes I, where they pursued a Master's degree in Business Law from 2018 to 2019.
Subsequently, Chloé enrolled at SUP des RH in 2019, specializing in Human Resources Development. Chloé completed their education there in 2020, obtaining a Master 2 (M2) degree in Manager du développement des ressources humaines (Human Resources Development Manager).
Aside from their formal education, Chloé has also earned a certification in TOEIC, scoring 805 out of 990, from The TOEIC® Program in December 2020.
