Brian Martin Pe

Brian Martin, PE, has extensive experience in civil engineering, currently serving as a Senior Associate at Urban, Ltd. since July 1999, having previously held the position of Associate within the same organization. Prior to this role, Brian was a Project Manager at Greenhorne & O'Mara, Inc. from June 1994 to July 1999. Education includes a Master's degree in Civil Engineering from Virginia Tech, obtained from 1996 to 2001, and a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the same institution, completed from 1989 to 1994.
