Eric Law has a diverse work experience spanning over twenty years. Eric is currently the Co-founder and CEO of Urban Machine, where they are leading an innovative mission to convert wood waste from construction and demolition into high-quality lumber products. Prior to this, Eric served as a Board Member at Sustainable Lafayette, focusing on sustainability and equity initiatives. Eric also worked at Swinerton as the Senior Director of Innovation, building the company's corporate innovation team and strategy. Eric gained expertise in product management as the Senior Director at Bentley Systems, where they oversaw multiple construction products and executed partnerships. Eric founded EADOC LLC, a web-based project management application for the construction industry, which was later acquired by Bentley Systems. Eric started their career as a Project Engineer at Kiewit (Mass Electric) and later served as the Manager of Professional Services at Cordys. Their work experience showcases their commitment to driving innovation, sustainability, and efficiency in the construction industry.

Eric Law attended California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo from 1996 to 2001, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering.
