Michael Varga

Michael Varga is the current Victorian State Manager for Buildings at Urban Maintenance Systems. Michael has over 15 years of experience in the refrigeration and air conditioning industry. Michael started their career as a Refrigeration Mechanic, completing their apprenticeship and qualification in Refrigeration & Air Conditioning. Michael then worked as a Sole Trader, before joining AE Smith - A Spotless Company as their Business Development Manager. In this role, they were responsible for new business, account management and maintenance base growth. Michael then moved to Coldflow Heating & Cooling as their Service Manager, before taking on their current role at Urban Maintenance Systems.

Michael Varga holds a Certificate III in Electrotechnology Refrigeration and Air Conditioning from TAFE NSW. Michael also has a Higher School Certificate from Gilroy Catholic College.

Michael Varga reports to Demara Jackson, CEO. Michael Varga works with Alicia Cirillo - Chief People Officer, Tim Killworth - National Graffiti & Infrastructure Manager, and Neil Mclennan - Director.
