Rashmi Ramachandran

Rashmi Ramachandran is an experienced marketing and sales leader, currently serving as Head Digital - Sales, Marketing & Strategic Alliances at Urban Money since September 2025. Prior to this role, Rashmi held the position of Chief Marketing Officer at Watchyourhealth.com from November 2022 to August 2025 and was Head of Marketing, Consumer Experience & New Initiatives - Digital Lending at Axis Bank from April 2019 to November 2022. Rashmi also contributed as a Mentor & Advisor - Marketing at Mumbai Fintech Hub in early 2019 and led marketing efforts at SBICAP Securities, Emkay Global Financial Services Ltd, and Kotak Securities over the years. Rashmi holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Management specializing in Marketing from SIESCOMS and a Bachelor’s Degree in Business/Commerce from SIES College of Commerce & Economics.
