Ana Alvarez

Ana Alvarez is a dedicated professional with a background in youth advocacy and community engagement. Currently serving as Youth Employment Coordinator at Urban Neighborhood Initiatives, Ana recruits and screens local businesses for the Leaders In Training program. In addition to this role, Ana also oversees youth leadership programming and community engagement efforts as the Youth Leadership & Outreach Program Director at UNI. With a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Michigan-Dearborn, Ana's experience includes work as a Legal Advocate at CHASS Center and a Youth Policy Fellow at the University of Michigan. Ana's commitment to empowering youth and advocating for social justice is evident in their various roles and accomplishments within the community.
