Terry McBerty

Terry McBerty is a licensed Realtor with over 30 years of experience in the real estate industry, specializing in the Las Vegas, North Las Vegas, and Henderson areas. Currently serving as the 2024 RRC/CRS Nevada State President, Terry has held various positions, including Realtor at Urban Nest Realty since January 2018 and at Realty ONE Group from September 2005 to January 2018. Previous experience includes roles at Century 21 and Prudential Real Estate. Terry is recognized for providing superior service and excellent negotiating skills to clients. Terry's educational background includes a graduate degree in Interior Design from the Interior Design Institute of Las Vegas and training from the Las Vegas School of Real Estate.
