Danielle Moody

Danielle Moody is an experienced real estate professional, currently serving as a Real Estate Broker at Urban Nest Realty since July 2014, with a focus on investor properties and new construction in the Portland Metro area. Danielle has held various positions in real estate, including roles at Lloyd Development, LLC as Project Administrator since January 2010, and previously as a broker at Perch Realty and Soldera Properties, Inc. In addition to real estate, Danielle has a background in customer service, having worked as a bartender and server at JoBar & Rotisserie and Papa Haydn West respectively from July 2004 to April 2011. Danielle also has public relations experience from time spent at CTL Corporation. Educationally, Danielle holds a Bachelor of Science in Marketing & Advertising from Portland State University and has attended multiple universities throughout their academic journey.
