Tim Hall's work experience spans several companies and roles. Tim started their career at WDVE 102.5 FM as an Air Staff/Promotions member in 1999 and then moved to Star 107.9 FM as an Account Manager. In 2001, they joined WWCD 101.1 FM as an Advertising Executive/Marketing Consultant, where they eventually became the General Sales Manager. At WWCD, they oversaw sales and interactive operations, led a team of Advertising Executives, and developed interactive advertising offerings. In 2009, Tim joined Radio One as a Digital Sales Manager in Columbus and later in Cleveland/Columbus. At Radio One, they specialized in integrated campaign development and grew the organization's digital revenue. In 2012, Tim joined Interactive One as the Regional Digital Sales Manager, responsible for leading and growing digital revenue across five markets. From 2014 to 2016, they served as the Senior Director of Integrated Marketing at Interactive One. Tim's most recent positions include Senior Director of Digital Sales and Operations, Vice President of Digital Operations, and currently, Senior Vice President of Digital Operations at Urban One, Inc. In these roles, Tim has provided digital strategy leadership, led teams, and achieved business development and digital ad revenue growth.
Tim Hall holds an MBA in Business Management from Otterbein University, which they completed between 2001 and 2003. Tim also obtained a BS in Communication/Advertising/Media from PennWest Clarion from 1994 to 1997. In addition to their degrees, they have completed several certifications, including Integrated Media Specialist from The Center for Sales Strategy in 2014, Talent Focused Management from The Center for Sales Strategy (CSS) in 2013, Certified Digital Marketing Consultant (CDMC) from the Radio Advertising Bureau, and Certified Radio Marketing Expert (CRME) from the Radio Advertising Bureau.
