Elisabeth Hermann Frederiksen

Elisabeth Hermann Frederiksen is an experienced professional specializing in sustainability, currently serving as the Head of Sustainability at Urban Partners since May 2023, and at NREP since November 2017. Previously, Elisabeth held key positions at The LEGO Group, including Director of Executive Strategy & Agenda and Director of Corporate Responsibility Strategy from December 2012 to October 2017. Prior experience includes a role as a Management Consultant at McKinsey & Company from September 2007 to December 2012, and serving as an Assistant Research Professor at the University of Copenhagen in 2007. Elisabeth holds a PhD in Economics from the University of Copenhagen and an MSc, cand.silv. from Den Kgl. Veterinær- og Landbohøjskole, completed between 1994 and 2002.
