Donna Bell-Tchega

Donna Bell-Tchega is a Community Outreach Liaison at Urban Pathways, where Donna maintains and submits all necessary documentation and reports accurately and in a timely manner. Prior to this, Donna worked as a Legislative Aide at District Council 37, where Donna tracked bills/issues and monitored the New York State Executive Budget. Donna also has experience as a Legislative Intern at the New York State Senate, where Donna worked closely with nonprofit organizations to achieve their legislative goals. Donna has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Emergency Preparedness, Homeland Security, and Cybersecurity from the University at Albany.
