Mardoche Sidor, MD, serves as the Medical Director at Urban Pathways since March 2024 and has been the Founder, CEO, and President of the SWEET Institute since April 2017, an organization dedicated to supporting healthcare providers in managing burnout and enhancing their well-being. Since December 2011, Mardoche Sidor has owned Dr. Sidor Psychiatric Services PLLC. Previous roles include Clinical Assistant Professor at Columbia University from July 2016 to February 2024, Co-President of the Black Psychiatrists of Greater New York from May 2015 to January 2020, and Medical Director at The Center for Alternative Sentencing and Employment Services from July 2016 to March 2018.
