Nancy Southwell

Nancy Southwell is an experienced leader in the social services sector, currently serving as the Deputy Executive Director at Urban Pathways since May 2018. Prior to this role, Nancy spent over 15 years at Services for the UnderServed, where responsibilities included overseeing operations for various homeless services and managing critical funder relationships. Nancy has also held significant positions at A Community of Friends, focusing on AIDS services and housing, and at Community Access, Inc., in multiple administrative roles. Educational qualifications include a Master of Social Work from Hunter College and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Fordham University.
