Since 1975, Urban Pathways has provided a way home for thousands of New Yorkers. Through a "housing first" approach and continuum of services ranging from street outreach and drop-in centers to transitional and permanent supportive-housing programs across five boroughs, Urban Pathways provides New Yorkers experiencing homelessness with the services and support they need to move toward greater independence and minimize their risk of returning to the streets.
