Romain Levy's work experience begins in 2006 when they joined Jacquin & Associes Notary as a Lawyer. During their time there, they specialized in property law, handling real estate transactions, contracts, and loan agreements. Romain also managed the financing of bank loans ranging from $10 million to $100 million for real estate investments and purchases. In 2015, Romain went on to co-found Urban Place and assumed the role of CEO. No end date is provided for their current position.

Romain Levy's education history starts with a Master's degree in Private Law and Banking, as well as Property Law, which they pursued from 2001 to 2006 at Aix-Marseille University. Following this, they attended the Centre de formation Professionelle du Notariat Paris from 2010 to 2012, where they obtained a Bachelor of Laws (LLB). Later, in 2015 and 2016, they enrolled at the Israel Bar Association to pursue a degree in Law.
