Urban Ray
Fabian Binz has a diverse work experience starting from 2011. Fabian worked as an intern at TFC Käufer European Airline Services in February 2011. In 2013, they interned at Maschinenfabrik HESE GmbH for three months. From November 2017 to April 2018, they worked as an intern at Lufthansa Technik. In 2018, they became a student research assistant at the Lehrstuhl für Thermodynamik mobiler Energiewandlungssysteme, RWTH Aachen University, a role they held until March 2019. In 2020, they joined the Institute of Aerospace Systems as a student research assistant, and they currently hold the position of COO & Co-Founder at Urban Ray, starting from March 2021.
Fabian Binz started their education journey in 2013 when they enrolled at RWTH Aachen University, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering with a focus on Aerospace Engineering. Fabian completed this program in 2019.
In 2019, Binz continued their studies, attending the Universitat Politècnica de València (UPV) for a year. During this time, they pursued a Máster Universitario degree in Ingeniería Aeronáutica.
Returning to RWTH Aachen University in 2019, Binz began working towards a Master of Science degree in Aerospace Engineering. Fabian is expected to complete this program in 2022.
