Adrianna Sulkowska-Horne

Adrianna Sulkowska-Horne is a skilled property management professional with extensive experience in the real estate and hospitality sectors. Currently serving as a Property Manager at Urban Renaissance Group since October 2021, Adrianna has successfully managed relationships with 120 tenants across multiple medical office buildings and has led various tenant improvement and sustainability projects.
