Brad Schmidt

Brad Schmidt is a seasoned real estate professional with extensive experience in managing and developing properties across the United States. Currently serving as Managing Director at Urban Renaissance Group since February 2022, Schmidt oversees all aspects of the company's operations in the Denver region. Prior to this role, Schmidt held the position of Managing Director at Sterling Bay from January 2014 to February 2022, where focus was on value-add and opportunistic development. Schmidt also served as Senior Director at Tishman Speyer, specializing in property acquisitions and asset management, and began their career as an Analyst at Stout Risius Ross, before working as an Associate at Trizec Properties. Schmidt holds a Bachelor's Degree in Real Estate and Finance from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
