Daniel Dew

Daniel Dew is an accomplished System Engineer at NBCUniversal since March 2023, recognized with a GEM award for exceptional customer service and problem-solving skills. With extensive experience in IT and systems administration, Daniel has held significant roles at various companies including Urban Renaissance Group, Ballistic Advantage, TransCore, Tech Rage IT, World Class Distribution, and DICK'S Sporting Goods. Responsibilities ranged from leading teams in network infrastructure development, managing database systems, and conducting quality assurance testing to overseeing desktop device maintenance and user training. Daniel holds a Master's Degree in Information Technology from Southern New Hampshire University and a Bachelor's Degree in History from the University of Washington.
