Michelle Knight

Michelle Knight has extensive experience in information technology and project management, currently serving as the Acting Manager of IT Portfolio & Development for Community Services at the City of Mississauga since April 2002. Previous roles at the City of Mississauga include Project Manager for IT Analytics, Business Analyst, Infor Technology Specialist, and Communications Analyst. Prior experience includes managing telecom operations at Softchoice and serving as a Senior Field Support Technician/Trainer at the City of Vaughan. Educational qualifications include a Master Certificate in Municipal Leadership from the Schulich School of Business, a Business Analyst Certificate from Sheridan College, and a Telecommunications Management Certificate from Ryerson University.
