Katrina Olson

Katrina Olson is an experienced property manager with a strong background in overseeing commercial properties and managing tenant relations. Currently serving as a Property Manager at Urban Renaissance Group since March 2020, Katrina has previously held significant roles including Assistant Property Manager at Hines @ Amazon and Property Manager at Kennedy Wilson. With expertise in operational management, budget creation, and financial reporting, Katrina demonstrates exceptional communication and organizational skills, as well as a detail-oriented approach. Educationally, Katrina holds a Bachelor of Science in Social Sciences with a minor in Psychology from Portland State University.
