Francie Connelly is an experienced professional in leasing and retail management, currently serving as Vice President of Leasing at Urban Retail Properties since 2011. In this role, Francie is responsible for prospecting, negotiating, and opening retailers on local, regional, and national levels, while also overseeing third-party management for centers in key cities such as Houston, Atlanta, Miami, and Orlando. Previously, Francie held the position of Project Manager at The Rouse Company from 2006 to 2008, focusing on development leasing for the Village of Merrick Park. Earlier experience includes serving as a Leasing Representative at Homart/General Growth from 1992 to 2006, managing leasing for nine properties across Florida.
