Kaitlin Billiot

Kaitlin Billiot is a Communications Assistant at Urban Roots, responsible for creating written and visual content for social media, managing social media platforms, producing newsletters, and editing in-house videos. Prior to this role, Kaitlin worked as a Marketing and Communications Intern where Kaitlin wrote and posted social media content as per department needs. Additionally, Kaitlin served as a Team Member at St. Edward's University, where Kaitlin collaborated with a peer to rebuild a library with donated books for professors and students. Kaitlin also has experience as a Restaurant Cashier at Phil's Ice House. Education-wise, Kaitlin graduated from St. Edward's University with a degree in Writing & Rhetoric, Creative Writing.
