Carl Matter serves as the Director of AdTech Performance and Executive Client Partnerships at Urban Science since October 2015, leading the development and management of marketing partnerships and digital strategies. Previously, Carl held roles at Carat USA as Associate Director of Media Analytics and at MRM Worldwide, where responsibilities included managing analytics and strategies for the Chevrolet brand and overseeing cross-brand web analytics. Carl’s earlier positions include Senior Digital Media Analyst at Wunderman Team Detroit and a Public Relations Consultant at William Beaumont Hospital. Educational qualifications include a PhD in Communication from The University of Georgia and a Master's degree in Communication Research from Michigan State University, among other degrees.
