Helen McClure

Helen McClure is an accomplished Senior Human Resources Manager with extensive experience in managing HR functions across multiple countries, including the UK, Italy, Germany, and Belgium. Currently serving at Urban Science since April 2020, Helen has demonstrated leadership in various strategic HR initiatives, including change management, performance management, and recruitment strategy. With a career spanning over two decades, previous roles include significant positions at OfficeTeam Limited, Vent-Axia, and GEFCO UK Ltd, where achievements include implementing new payroll systems, successful project management of pension auto-enrolment, and enhancing employee relations across European offices. Helen holds B.A. (Honours) degrees in Psychology from both the University of Port Elizabeth and Nelson Mandela University.
