Osama Abbasi

Osama Abbasi has a strong background in IT operations and support, currently serving as IT Operations Lead at Urban Science since April 2017, having previously held roles as IT Operations Specialist and IT Operations Associate in the same company. Prior experience includes working as a System Engineer at Vicore and a Desktop Support Intern at Quicken Loans. Osama's early career involved customer service as a Sales Associate at Macy's and as a Freelancer Technician in Information & Communication Technologies, providing various technical support services. Osama is pursuing a Master of Science in Information Systems at the University of Michigan-Dearborn, complementing an earlier education at CUNY York College.
