Peg Foen

Peg Foen has been instrumental in project management and process improvement since joining Urban Science in January 2012 as a PMO Process Manager. In this role, Peg created and managed the PMO team's feature roadmap while leading testing strategies for Salesforce and Adaptive Insights enhancements, which significantly improved system performance and user experience. Previous positions at Urban Science included Project Manager and Senior Business Analyst/Project Manager, where Peg successfully executed major enterprise system implementations and collaborated with international stakeholders on global releases. Additional experience includes roles at Organic, Fast Switch, BCBSM, and IBM Global Business Services, where Peg held various project management and business analysis positions. Peg holds a Master of Science and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Information Systems from Eastern Michigan University, along with an Associate degree in Liberal Arts from Oakland Community College, with a major in Graphic Design.
