Pat McNair

Pat McNair is the current CFO at Urban SDK. Prior to this, they were self-employed as a startup consultant. They also have experience as the CFO for MeshNetworks, Inc. from January 2000 to December 2004, where they were responsible for building and managing accounting, finance, and HR functions, as well as creating business models, FP&A systems, and reporting packages. They were also active in fundraising, both venture equity and debt facilities, and managed investor communication/BoD reporting, financial & legal due diligence during funding/M&A cycles.

Pat McNair has a Masters in Accounting from the University of Georgia - Terry College of Business and a BBA from the same school in Accounting. Pat is also a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) from North Carolina.

Pat McNair reports to Drew Messer, Co-founder & CEO. They are on a team with Chris Warren - Director of Revenue and Policy, Justin Dennis - Co-founder & CTO.
