Joel Elliott

Joel Elliott serves as Chief Executive Officer at both L&L Orthodontics and Urban Smile since October 2022, following a tenure as Managing Director Retail ANZ at WSAudiology from November 2020 to September 2022. Prior roles include General Manager Wholesale for Australia and New Zealand at Widex, and various sales leadership positions at Amplifon spanning seven years. An experienced audiologist, Joel has a strong background in driving revenue growth, developing local marketing strategies, and fostering employee development. Joel holds a Mini MBA in Brand Management, an Executive MBA, and a Master of Audiology, complemented by a Bachelor of Science in Psychology.
