Wes Osier

Wes Osier is a seasoned brewmaster with extensive experience in the brewing industry, currently serving as Brewmaster at Urban South Brewery since September 2015 and as a Brewer at SweetWater Brewing Company since August 2013. Previous roles include Brewer at Terrapin Beer Co. and Coors Brewing Company, where Wes was part of a dedicated Delta Team focused on modernizing brewing equipment. Early career experience includes a key role at Abita Brewing Co. as part of a two-person brewing team. Wes holds a Master Brewer Certification from the Siebel Institute of Technology and a Diploma Course in Zymurgy from the Siebel Institute of Brewing Science, complemented by a Bachelor's degree in English Language and Literature from the University of Mississippi.
