Elizabeth Arevalo currently serves as Project Manager and Education Liaison at Urban Strategies, Inc. since November 2016. Prior to this role, Elizabeth worked at the United Way of San Antonio and Bexar County as K-12 Education Manager for the Eastside Promise Neighborhood from June 2012 to November 2016. Earlier experience includes a position as Site Visitor for the TNTP i3 Evaluation at the American Institutes for Research from August 2011 to March 2012, where Elizabeth contributed to evaluating programs aimed at improving student achievement and teacher effectiveness. Elizabeth began their career as an Elementary School Teacher at Harlandale ISD from August 2004 to June 2010. Elizabeth holds a Master of Arts in Bicultural-Bilingual Studies and a Bachelor of Arts in Elementary Education and Teaching, both from The University of Texas at San Antonio.
