Zoe Rutherford, MPA, is a Senior Project Manager - Data at Urban Strategies, Inc. since September 2021. Previously, Zoe served as a Research Assistant at DePaul University and as a Research Analyst for the Minnesota Office of Higher Education. Additional experience includes roles such as Distribution Site Coordinator at Community Food Response, Early Reading Intervention Assistant at Hampton City Schools, Peer Academic Advisor at the University of Minnesota, and Community and Residential Advisor. Zoe holds a Master's degree in Public Administration from DePaul University and a Bachelor of Individualized Studies with concentrations in African American/Black Studies, Political Science, and Deaf Culture and Language from the University of Minnesota.
