Natalie Bridger is an accomplished professional with a strong background in business operations and membership management. Currently serving as Business Process Manager at the Urban Sustainability Directors Network since September 2019, Natalie has developed a membership experience roadmap and implemented enhanced onboarding processes, while also overseeing membership data management in Salesforce.
