Ashley Hrovat

Director of Customer Service at UrbanBound

Ashley Hrovat has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Ashley started their career as the Patron Services Coordinator at the Wexner Center for the Arts in 2007 and held the position until 2014. Ashley then worked at The Limited as a Sales Lead from 2012 to 2014 before being promoted to Assistant Store Manager, a role they held until 2015. From 2015 to 2016, Ashley worked as a Visual Merchandiser at Carson's, and from 2017 to 2019, they held the same position at Macy's. In 2019, Ashley joined UrbanBound as a Relocation Consultant, and in 2020, they were promoted to the role of Relocation Consultant Manager. Ashley further advanced in the company and became the Manager of Customer Success in 2021. Currently, Ashley serves as the Director of Customer Service at UrbanBound, a position they have held since 2023.

Ashley Hrovat attended The Ohio State University from 2003 to 2007, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Psychology.
