Jeff Bunch is a seasoned professional in the construction and real estate industries with extensive experience in project management and partnership roles. Since January 2014, Jeff has served as a Partner at UrbanCore Construction, focusing on commercial projects primarily in urban settings around Richmond, VA. Additionally, Jeff has been a Partner at Gather since August 2013, providing affordable office spaces and amenities for small businesses and entrepreneurs. Jeff's expertise extends to UrbanCore Development, where Jeff has worked as a Project Manager since March 2013, and as Owner of Progress Realty Group, LLC, a real estate investment firm specializing in property rehabilitation and rentals since February 2010. Prior experience includes a position as Project Manager at NVR, Inc. from May 2005 to December 2010. Jeff holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from Radford University, received in 2005.
