Steve Dillon

Steve Dillon currently serves as the Assistant Varsity Baseball Coach and Social Studies Teacher at Woodward Academy since August 2018. Dillon also works as a Substitute Teacher for Urbandale Community School District since April 2018 and has been a Manager at Advance Auto Parts since July 2017. Previous experience includes positions as Store Director/Recruiter at At Home Group Inc. and Regional Trainer/Human Resources at Sears Holdings Corporation, where training efforts significantly improved scheduling efficiency across multiple regions. Dillon's earlier roles include Store Manager positions at Toys R Us and Barnes & Noble. Dillon holds a Bachelor of Science degree in History from Illinois State University, obtained from 1992 to 1997.
