Valya Velichkova

Valya Velichkova began their work experience in 2008 at Fontron Ltd., where they served as an Office Manager until September 2011. From October 2011 to August 2013, Valya worked at C3i Europe as a Helpdesk Technician, providing IT and business support to major pharmaceutical companies. Valya then joined Experian in August 2013 as a Business Analyst, later progressing to the roles of Business Solutions Analyst and Senior Business Support Solutions Analyst until March 2016. Valya then shifted to EPAM Systems, where they worked as a Senior Data Analyst from October to November 2016 and again from December 2016 to March 2017. Valya moved on to Strypes in June 2017, where they served as a Software Requirements Engineer & Scrum Master until December 2018. Finally, Valya joined Urbanise.com in February 2019 as a Scrum Master, and their tenure with the company continues.

Valya Velichkova completed their education at the University of National and World Economy. Valya obtained a Master's Degree in Human Resource Management from 2008 to 2010. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor's Degree in Economics of Tourism from the same university, studying from 2004 to 2008. Valya also attended the High School of Economics from 1999 to 2004 and completed their high school education with a focus on Accountancy. In addition to their academic achievements, Valya holds certifications in Customer Care - Business English from BRITANICA, ITIL® Foundation Certificate in IT Service Management from AXELOS Global Best Practice, and Second Qualification Level Accountant from the Ministry of Education and Science, Bulgaria.
