Susana Matos

Susana Matos has extensive experience in customer management and educational support. Since July 2014, Susana has held various positions at URBANOS, including Coordenadora de gestão de clientes and Gestora de clientes, where responsibilities have involved front-line customer service, performance reporting, managing pickups, providing quotes, and addressing billing inquiries. Prior to this, Susana worked at CONTACT as front office staff from September 2013 to July 2014 and served as Auxiliar de ação educativa at Colégio Saber Crescer from September 2011 to February 2013, focusing on the daily care and educational activities for children aged 3 months to 6 years. Earlier experience includes a similar educational support role at Câmara Municipal de Loures from October 2008 to March 2011. Susana is an alumna of Escola Secundária José Afonso.
