Ioana Nicolae

Ioana Nicolae's work experience includes a role as a Technical Support Team Leader at Urbantz since May 2023. Prior to that, they worked at Mend where they held various positions, including Global Support Team Leader and Technical Support Team Leader. Ioana also worked as an Enterprise Support Engineer and Technical Support Engineer during their time at Mend. Before joining Mend, they worked at Metro Systems as an Oracle and Java Developer, where they were responsible for creating Java solutions for ETL applications and developing PL/SQL code on relational databases.

Ioana Nicolae has a strong educational background in the field of Cybernetics and Economics. Ioana obtained a Master's degree in Cybernetics from the Academia de Studii Economice din București, studying from 2016 to 2018. Ioana also obtained a Master's degree in Economics from the same institution during the same period. Prior to their Master's studies, Ioana earned their Bachelor's degree in Cybernetics from the Academia de Studii Economice din București, studying from 2013 to 2016. In addition to their degrees, Ioana has also obtained a certification called Diplôme d'études en langue française (DELF) B1 from the Centre international d'études pédagogiques (CIEP) in April 2012.
