Ghislain Farradeche

Ghislain FARRADECHE is an experienced professional in real estate development and project management, currently serving as Responsable de développement at Urbat since September 2021. Previously, Ghislain held various roles at ALTAREA COGEDIM from September 2016 to September 2021, including project manager in both tertiary and residential real estate, where responsibilities encompassed overseeing construction, budget management, contract negotiations, and team coordination. Earlier career experience includes positions as a civil structural engineer at Artelia and construction site manager at Eurovia, along with a role as coordinator for residential building construction at Artelia Vietnam. Ghislain holds a degree in Civil Engineering and Urban Planning from INSA Lyon and has studied at Tongji University in Shanghai.
