Lead Director - Asset Strategy at Urbis

Clinton Ostwald has extensive work experience in property consultancy and economics practice. Clinton has held various roles at different organizations throughout their career. At Urbis (Australia) and Cistri (Asia), they are currently the Lead Director of the Asset Strategy in the Economics & Property team. Clinton has also served as a Board Member, Group Director of Property Economics & Research, Director, Associate Director, and Senior Consultant at Urbis. Clinton has also been an Independent member of the Ku-ring-gai Council Major Project Advisory Committee at Ku-ring-gai Council. In addition, they have been involved with the Property Council of Australia, where they have held roles such as Deputy Chair of the NSW Diversity Committee and Committee Member of Women in Property & Diversity. Prior to these positions, Clinton worked at PwC as a Manager and at CBRE as a Valuer/Senior Valuer.

Clinton Ostwald completed a Bachelor of Business degree in Property Economics at The University of Queensland from 1992 to 1994. In 2020, they attended Harvard Business School for the Leading Professional Services Firms program, focusing on Organizational Leadership. In addition, Clinton has obtained various certifications, including Licensed Real Estate Agent from NSW Fair Trading in 2015, WA Registered Valuer from the Department of Mines, Industry Regulation and Safety, Western Australia in 2009, Certified Practising Valuer from the Australian Property Institute in 1996, and Queensland Registered Valuer from the Valuers Registration Board of Queensland in 1996.
