Debbie Parkhill

Debbie Parkhill is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in fulfillment and operations management. Currently serving as Senior Director of Fulfillment at URBN, Debbie leads omni-fulfillment and distribution operations across multiple sites, focusing on training and development for North America. Prior to URBN, Debbie held various senior leadership roles at Walmart eCommerce, where responsibilities included launching the largest hybrid fulfillment center and overseeing process standardization initiatives. Additionally, Debbie co-owns Parkhill Cattle Co., bringing entrepreneurial insight to the team. Earlier experience includes significant achievements at Target as Store Director and Human Resources Manager at TSL Companies. Debbie holds dual degrees in Human Resources Management and Business Administration from Morningside College and Morningside University.
