Jill Lake

Jill Lake is a seasoned finance professional currently serving as the Sr. Director of FP&A at URBN, overseeing financial planning and analysis since September 2022. Prior to this role, Jill spent 16 years at Anthropologie, progressing from Operations Analyst to Sr. Financial Manager and ultimately to Director of Finance. Earlier experience includes a Marketing Coordinator position at McCormick Taylor, Inc., a Production Assistant role at Sandviks AS, and an Auditor position at EY. Jill holds a Bachelor's degree in Accounting with a minor in Philosophy from Lehigh University.
