Tom Szumowski is a Principal Data Scientist at URBN, working with a focus on developing ML-driven products through Nuuly's launch. Tom has a background in software engineering and ML engineering, with experience in deploying ML apps to improve customer experience. Tom has also worked at Lockheed Martin Advanced Technology Laboratories as a Senior Member of the Engineering Staff, leading projects related to cognitive Electronic Warfare programs. With a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of Pennsylvania, Tom has a strong background in data science and engineering.
