Wyatt Padgett, P.E., MBA

Wyatt Padgett, P.E., MBA, has extensive experience in regulatory affairs and safety within the nuclear industry, currently serving as the Head of Regulatory Affairs at Urenco USA since January 2007. Wyatt has held multiple leadership roles at Urenco USA, including Head of Design Safety Basis & Strategic Licensing, Head of Compliance, and Chief of Staff, and has progressed from positions such as Licensing Manager to Principal Systems Engineer. Prior to Urenco USA, Wyatt worked at the Pantex Plant as an Authorization Basis Analyst and at Halliburton as a Field Engineer. Wyatt holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Texas Tech University and an MBA from West Texas A&M University.
