Martha Williams is an accomplished healthcare professional currently serving as an Independent Physician Assistant at MedExpress since April 2022 and actively participating as a member of various committees, including the Steroid Response Committee and the Wellness Council. In addition to ongoing roles at MedExpress, Martha functions as a Peer Reviewer for EB Medicine and is involved with the Health Equity Taskforce at Optum. The Urgent Care Association (UCA) is a membership association for Urgent Care health and management professionals, clinics and those who support the Urgent Care industry. Founded in 2004, UCA represents over 4,000 Urgent Care centers throughout the United States and abroad. UCA provides educational programs in clinical care and practice management, has a monthly Journal of Urgent Care Medicine and maintains an active online presence and member community for daily exchange of best practices. UCA provides leadership, learning, and resources for the successful practice of Urgent Care for its members.
